hang cheng bd40a42bad vdac: disable cdac_pwd for s4/s4d when suspend [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-192187

Problem:
power consumption of cvbs is not satisfied

Solution:
disable cdac_pwd for s4/s4d when suspend, only
keep bangap for SAR ADC

Verify:
s4

Test:
