Jian Hu c4e39b8308 t3x: fix bazel error [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-123165

Problem:
./mk.sh --gki_20 --bazel

These symbols are missing from the symbol list and are not available
at runtime for unsigned modules:
spi_finalize_current_message
strim

Solution:
add symbols

Verify:
t3x
