Liming Xue c9ba0b465e dsp: t7 kernel5.15 change the DDR + SRAM address [1/1] ...

Problem:
kernel5.15 dsp DDR + SRAM start mode,sram address 0xf7000000 is error
and needs to be changed to 0xf7100000

Solution:
change sram address to 0xf7100000
