hang cheng d901538fb7 hdmitx: fix y420 cmdb map issue [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-148281

Problem:
with EDID Y420 cmdb which payload len = 1,
it will not store the vic and will cause
Y420 is treated as not supported

Solution:
store the vic which support Y420

Verify:
