PD#SWPL-148278

Problem:
CONFIG_AMLOGIC_ZSTD is to upgrate the zstd version in old kernel5.15.
Now we will not maintain the zstd function in this kernel version.

Solution:
set CONFIG_AMLOGIC_ZSTD to n
