dongqing.li e33a3d7517 ramdump: enable bl33z dts node for ker5.15-32bit [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-182182

Problem:
There are no ram-dump and ramdump_blb33z nodes in the
32-bit kernel. And ramdump function is not enabled.

Solution:
enable the ramdump dts node.

Verify:
sc2, A1, C1, S1A, T5D, T5W, TXHD2
