Ao Xu e69d4b8199 drm: add uvm import for skeleton uvm [1/1] 
PD#SWPL-189534

Problem:
DI use uvm api to alloc uvm dmabuf, but it
did not hook uvm alloc object. when drm do gem object import,
it will fail.

Solution:
add uvm import for skeleton uvm

Verify:
