Sunny Luo e7261bb40d spicc: fix xfer timed out error on g12 serials [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-122937

Problem:
xfer timed out or set clk rate failed on g12 serials,
because of SCLK parent clk missed

Solution:
Assign the async clk as the parent of SCLK
