PD#SWPL-164972

Problem:
1.The AMFC module is currently configured to always on.
In order to save power consumption, power can be
removed during suspend.
2.usb power domain naming is not standard

Solution:
1.Cancel the AMFC always on configuration.
2.Change the usb domain name
