Jiucheng Xu eed779ee21 fuse: Add fuse bpf support for cts [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-132090

Problem:
gki_config doesn't include FUSE_BPF on 32bit which cause cts failed.

Solution:
Add CONFIG_FUSE_BPF to amlogic config
