yao liu fde4f5070d amdv: disable core1 and core2 swap latch [1/1] ...

PD#SWPL-122864

Problem:
core1 swap reg are latched by default for s5.
When resolution changed,
size is not updated synchronously.

Solution:
disable swap latch

Verify:
s5
