dt-bindings: usb: dwc3: add xhci-trb-ent-quirk property

This patch add a new property "snps,xhci-trb-ent-quirk" for
xHCI integrated in DWC3 IP to enable the Evaluate Next TRB(ENT)
flag in the TRB data structure.
