Revert "scsi: sd: usb_storage: uas: Access media prior to querying device properties"

This reverts commit b73dd5f999 which is
commit 321da3dc1f3c92a12e3c5da934090d2992a8814c upstream.

It breaks the Android kernel abi and can be brought back in the future
in an abi-safe way if it is really needed.
