UPSTREAM: pwm: Use pwm_get/set_xxx() helpers where appropriate

Browse Source 
Use pwm_get/set_xxx() helpers instead of directly accessing the pwm->xxx
field. Doing that will ease adaptation of the PWM framework to support
atomic update.
