arm64: dts: rockchip: rename rv1126b-evb2-v10-aov-dual-cam to rv1126b-evb2-v12-aov-dual-cam-spi-nor

- Deleted the &rockchip_suspend node and all suspend-related GPIO/IO
configurations to clean up the device tree.

- Simplified and consolidated the include statements to only reference
rv1126b-evb2-v10.dts.
