ubi: fastmap: Return error code if memory allocation fails in add_aeb()

commit c3c07fc25f upstream.

Abort fastmap scanning and return error code if memory allocation fails
in add_aeb(). Otherwise ubi will get wrong peb statistics information
after scanning.
