arm64: dts: qcom: sa8295p-adp: add missing gpio-ranges in PMIC GPIOs

The Qualcomm PMIC GPIO bindings require gpio-ranges property:

  qcom/sa8295p-adp.dtb: pmic@8: gpio@c000: 'gpio-ranges' is a required property
