arm64: dts: rockchip: rk3528-evb1: close es7243_sound

Since we must switch the DIP switch to make es7243 work in evb1, if
not do that, the i2c error accur:

So close it. Then switch the DIP switch and enable es7243_sound node if use
es7243_sound card.
