ANDROID: KVM: arm64: Remove kernel-doc in S2MPU driver
Comments in S2MPU driver code were mistakenly prefixed with /**,
denoting a kernel-doc comment. Since these do not match kernel-doc
syntax, replace them with regular /* comments.
