dts: r314: increase board dts file [2/3]

Problem:
bring up board r314.

Solution:
increase board dts file

feature:
The Dts file with Einstein is identical except for the memory difference
R314 1.5G, Einstein 1G.

Verify:
Verified on txlx_t962x_r314  board.
