staging: r8188eu: remove sreset_get_wifi_status from hal_ops

Browse Source 
Remove sreset_get_wifi_status from hal_ops and remove its wrapper
rtw_hal_sreset_get_wifi_status(). Call sreset_get_wifi_status()
directly instead.
