audio: auge: fix hw resample crash when pcm disabled [1/1]

Problem:
system would reboot when carshed by hw resample

Solution:
actrl of toddr is modified to null pointer, so it leads to crash.
fix to pass toddr pointer to function, not fetched by resample module.
