FROMGIT: scsi: ufs: core: Add UFSHCD_QUIRK_BROKEN_64BIT_ADDRESS
Add UFSHCD_QUIRK_BROKEN_64BIT_ADDRESS for host controllers which do not
support 64-bit addressing.
