ebc9828af6 ANDROID: GKI: Change UCLAMP_BUCKETS_COUNT to 20
Using the default setting 5 means the first bucket contains the
uclamp values from 0 to 19 (in percentage), in this case, if the
uclamp.min setting of a group is under 20, it will fall into this
bucket with other groups that have uclamp.min set to 0, which
increase the possibility of over boost. By setting the bucket
count to 20 will ease this situation, while a uclamp.min greater
than 4 will fall into a different bucket.

fb62426994 ANDROID: 16k target: don't write defconfig to source tree
Instead of writing to the source tree $ROOT_DIR/$KERNEL_DIR,
write to $OUT_DIR instead. Note that $OUT_DIR isn't defined
at this point, so it is left as a variable in the
PRE_DEFCONFIG_CMDS.

The change as two benefits to Kleaf:
- This is one prerequesite to make --config=local possible
  for slider_config and others. Otherwise, multiple
  kernel_config targets with the same $DEFCONFIG will collide,
  and they cannot be executed in parallel with --config=local.
  OUT_DIR does not collide because OUT_DIR_SUFFIX is determined
  by the label of the target.
- This ensures that both build.sh and Kleaf not write to
  the source tree (e.g. common/arch/arm64/configs/16k_gki_defconfig
  in this case). Otherwise, an interrupted build.sh build or
  an interrupted --config=local Bazel build will leave the
  source tree dirty, causing slider_gki_defconfig to be a
  readonly input file in the next Bazel execution.

Because it no longer writes to the source tree, the POST_DEFCONFIG_CMDS
that cleans up the file is no longer necessary.

dda0ba40da Merge tag 'nolibc.2022.09.30a' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/paulmck/linux-rcu
Pull nolibc updates from Paul McKenney:
 "Most notably greatly improved testing. These tests are located in
  tools/testing/selftests/nolibc. The output of "make help" is as
  follows:

    Supported targets under selftests/nolibc:
      all call the "run" target below
      help         this help
      sysroot create the nolibc sysroot here (uses $ARCH)
      nolibc-test build the executable (uses $CC and $CROSS_COMPILE)
      initramfs prepare the initramfs with nolibc-test
      defconfig create a fresh new default config (uses $ARCH)
      kernel (re)build the kernel with the initramfs (uses $ARCH)
      run runs the kernel in QEMU after building it (uses $ARCH, $TEST)
      rerun runs a previously prebuilt kernel in QEMU (uses $ARCH, $TEST)
      clean clean the sysroot, initramfs, build and output files

    The output file is "run.out". Test ranges may be passed using $TEST.

    Currently using the following variables:
      ARCH          = x86
      CROSS_COMPILE =
      CC            = gcc
      OUTPUT        = /home/git/linux-rcu/tools/testing/selftests/nolibc/
      TEST          =
      QEMU_ARCH     = x86_64 [determined from $ARCH]
      IMAGE_NAME    = bzImage [determined from $ARCH]

  The output of a successful x86 "make run" is currently as follows,
  with kernel build output omitted:

    $ make run
    71 test(s) passed."

Nearly all other firmware environments have some way of passing a RNG
seed to initialize the RNG: DTB's rng-seed, EFI's RNG protocol, m68k's

similar for MIPS, which will allow various firmware environments,

e5fa173f9a Merge tag 'clk-fixes-for-linus' of git://git.kernel.org/pub/scm/linux/kernel/git/clk/linux
Pull clk driver fixes from Stephen Boyd:
 "Here's the last batch of clk driver fixes for this release.

  These patches fix serious problems, for example, i.MX has an issue
  where changing the NAND clk frequency hangs the system. On Allwinner
  H6 the GPU is being overclocked which could lead to long term hardware
  damage.

  And finally on some Broadcom SoCs the serial console stopped working
  because the clk tree hierarchy description got broken by an
  inadvertant DT node name change. That's fixed by using
  'clock-output-names' to generate a stable and unique name for clks so
  the framework can properly link things up.

  There's also a couple build fixes in here. One to fix CONFIG_OF=n
  builds and one to avoid an array out of bounds bug that happens during
  clk registration on microchip. I hope that KASAN would have found that
  OOB problem, but probably KASAN wasn't attempted. Instead LLVM/clang
  compilation caused an oops, while GCC didn't"

Pull perf tools fixes from Arnaldo Carvalho de Melo:

 - Fail the 'perf test record' entry on error, fixing a regression where
   just setup stuff like allocating memory and not the actual things
   being tested failed.

 - Fixup disabling of -Wdeprecated-declarations for the python scripting
   engine, the previous attempt had a brown paper bag thinko.

 - Fix branch stack sampling test to include sanity check for branch
   filter on PowerPC.

 - Update is_ignored_symbol function to match the kernel ignored list,
   fixing running the 'perf test' entry that compares resolving symbols
   from kallsyms to resolving from vmlinux.

 - Augment the data source type with ARM's neoverse_spe list, the
   previous code was limited in its search resolving the data source.

 - Fix some clang 5 variable set but unused cases.

 - Get a perf cgroup more portably in BPF as the
   __builtin_preserve_enum_value builtin is not available in older
   versions of clang. In those cases we can forgo BPF's CO-RE (Compile
   Once, Run Everywhere).

 - More Fixes for Intel's hybrid CPU model.

21455112cc BACKPORT: FROMLIST: dma-heap: Let dma heap use dma_map_attrs to map & unmap iova
For dma-heap users, they can't bypass cache sync when map/unmap iova
with dma heap. But they can do it by adding DMA_ATTR_SKIP_CPU_SYNC
into dma_alloc_attrs.

To keep alignment, at dma_heap side, also use
dma_buf_attachment.dma_map_attrs to do iova map & unmap.

This patch is a little different with linux patch, because ACK
has cached heap, and linux doesn't have it

40158dbf7e Revert "pstore: migrate to crypto acomp interface"
This reverts commit e4f0a7ec58.

When using this new interface, both efi_pstore and ramoops
backends are unable to properly decompress dmesg if using
zstd, lz4 and lzo algorithms (and maybe more). It does succeed
with deflate though.

The message observed in the kernel log is:

[2.328828] pstore: crypto_acomp_decompress failed, ret = -22!

The pstore infrastructure is able to collect the dmesg with
both backends tested, but since decompression fails it's
unreadable. With this revert everything is back to normal.
