611a8e6726 thp: Enable TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE_ALWAYS instead of TRANSPARENT_HUGEPAGE_MADVISE 
As advised by Andrea Arcangeli - since commit 444eb2a449 "mm: thp:
set THP defrag by default to madvise and add a stall-free defrag
option" this will generally be best for performance.

959dc591c3 Revert "[armhf,arm64] Enable OF_OVERLAY" 
This reverts commit 7c624acb94.
It's currently not useful without out-of-tree code, as there is
no kernel driver or userland API for loading overlays.

54e36b8166 Follow split of LOCKUP_DETECTOR 
The config option LOCKUP_DETECTOR was split upstream in
05a4a95279 ("kernel/watchdog: split up config options")

The old setting LOCKUP_DETECTOR=y is equivalent to enabling the soft and
hard detector now.

cfb260a57b debian/source/lintian-overrides: Override license-problem-gfdl-invariants error 
The copyright notice in the GFDL itself, mentioning invariant
sections. is just an example.  lintian seems to whitelist the
plain-text version but that doesn't cover this ReST version.
