Yong Zhi 02be4ce0d0 ASoC: SOF: Intel: mtl: call dsp dump when boot retry fails

Call snd_sof_dsp_dbg_dump() with the same flags/dump_msg
as used in function hda_loader.c/cl_dsp_init().

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
