[ Upstream commitcf1b2326b7] nbd requires socket families to support the shutdown method so the nbd recv workqueue can be woken up from its sock_recvmsg call. If the socket does not support the callout we will leave recv works running or get hangs later when the device or module is removed. This adds a check during socket connection/reconnection to make sure the socket being passed in supports the needed callout. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
