[ Upstream commit9ba585cc5b] UniPhier PXs2 boards have RTL8211E ethernet phy, and the phy have the RX/TX delays of RGMII interface using pull-ups on the RXDLY and TXDLY pins. After the commitbbc4d71d63("net: phy: realtek: fix rtl8211e rx/tx delay config"), the delays are working correctly, however, "rgmii" means no delay and the phy doesn't work. So need to set the phy-mode to "rgmii-id" to show that RX/TX delays are enabled. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
