commitd917a62af8upstream. The signal_read(), action_read(), and action_write() callbacks have been assuming Signal0 is requested without checking. This results in requests for Signal1 returning data for Signal0. This patch fixes these oversights by properly checking for the Signal's id in the respective callbacks and handling accordingly based on the particular Signal requested. The trig_inverted member of the mchp_tc_data is removed as superfluous. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
