commitecb586bd29upstream. Having a paravirt indirect call in the IBRS restore path is not a good idea, since we are trying to protect from speculative execution of bogus indirect branch targets. It is also slower, so use native_wrmsrl() on the vmentry path too. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
