>From commit75f4e830fa("serial: do not restore interrupt state in sysrq helper"): Since commit81e2073c17("genirq: Disable interrupts for force threaded handlers") interrupt handlers that are not explicitly requested as threaded are always called with interrupts disabled and there is no need to save the interrupt state when taking the port lock. Apply this also to fsl_lpuart in prepartion for sysrq handling with uart_unlock_and_check_sysrq(). Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
