[ Upstream commit64eaf50731] Since commit2312729688("sched/fair: Update scale invariance of PELT") change to use rq_clock_pelt() instead of rq_clock_task(), we should also use rq_clock_pelt() for throttled_clock_task_time and throttled_clock_task accounting to get correct cfs_rq_clock_pelt() of throttled cfs_rq. And rename throttled_clock_task(_time) to be clock_pelt rather than clock_task. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
