Introduce a call to xprt_rdma_free_addresses() similar to the way
that the TCP backchannel releases a transport's peer address
strings.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
