This patch improves readability. There are no functional changes. Since this touches on a questionable ESP_INTR_DC conditional, add some commentary to help others who may (as I did) find themselves chasing an "Invalid Command" error after the device flags this condition. This cleanup also eliminates a warning from "make W=1": drivers/scsi/esp_scsi.c: In function 'esp_finish_select': drivers/scsi/esp_scsi.c:1233:5: warning: variable 'orig_select_state' set but not used [-Wunused-but-set-variable] u8 orig_select_state; Tested-by: Stan Johnson <userm57@yahoo.com> Signed-off-by: Finn Thain <fthain@telegraphics.com.au> Signed-off-by: Martin K. Linux kernel ============ This file was moved to Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst Please notice that there are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file. Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
