[ Upstream commitb061c38bef] We must not rely on wake_q_add() to delay the wakeup; in particular commit:1d0dcb3ad9("futex: Implement lockless wakeups") moved wake_q_add() before smp_store_release(&q->lock_ptr, NULL), which could result in futex_wait() waking before observing ->lock_ptr == NULL and going back to sleep again. be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
