[ Upstream commit8484199c09] We should be disabling clocks when wake from USB is not needed. Since this wasn't done, we had a clock imbalance since clocks were always being enabled on resume. Fixes:ae532b2b7a("phy: usb: Add "wake on" functionality for newer Synopsis XHCI controllers") Fixes:b0c0b66c0b("phy: usb: Add support for wake and USB low power mode for 7211 S2/S5") Signed-off-by: Justin Chen <justinpopo6@gmail.com> Acked-by: Florian Fainelli <f.fainelli@gmail.com> Link: https://lore.kernel.org/r/1665005418-15807-7-git-send-email-justinpopo6@gmail.com Signed-off-by: Vinod Koul <vkoul@kernel.org> Signed-off-by: Sasha Levin <sashal@kernel.org>

Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
