* Drop settings for symbols that were removed or made automatic
* Change symbols from =m to =y where they can no longer be modular
* Handle renaming of various symbols
* Where BACKLIGHT_LCD_SUPPORT was disabled, disable the two symbols
  that used to depend on it instead
