The digital certificate format based on SM2 crypto algorithm as specified in GM/T 0015-2012. It was published by State Encryption Management Bureau, China. This patch adds the OID object identifier defined by OSCCA. The x509 certificate supports SM2-with-SM3 type certificate parsing. It uses the standard elliptic curve public key, and the sm2 algorithm signs the hash generated by sm3. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
