Ryan Matthews 28cfd94980 Revert "PCI: imx6: Skip controller_id generation logic for i.MX7D"
This reverts commit 2a12efc567 which is
commit f068ffdd034c93f0c768acdc87d4d2d7023c1379 upstream.

This is a backport mistake.

Deleting "IMX7D" here skips more than just controller_id logic. It skips
reset assignments too, which causes:

imx6q-pcie 33800000.pcie: PCIe PLL lock timeout

In my case, in addition to broken PCIe, kernel boot hangs entirely.

This isn't a problem upstream because before this, they moved the rest of
the code out of the switch case.

Linux kernel
============

There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.

In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

    https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.

Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
