... now that there is no overhead when using dedicated accessors. Opportunistically remove a bogus "FIXME" in handle_rdmsr() regarding the upper 32 bits of RAX and RDX. Zeroing the upper 32 bits is architecturally correct as 32-bit writes in 64-bit mode unconditionally clear the upper 32 bits. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
