commit661c399a65upstream. Current implementation of advk_pcie_link_up() is wrong as it marks also link disabled or hot reset states as link up. Fix it by marking link up only to those states which are defined in PCIe Base specification 3.0, Table 4-14: Link Status Mapped to the LTSSM. To simplify implementation, Define macros for every LTSSM state which aardvark hardware can return in CFG_REG register. Fix also checking for link training according to the same Table 4-14. Define a new function advk_pcie_link_training() for this purpose. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
