[ Upstream commit921c7ebd13] If should_futex_fail() returns true in futex_wake_pi(), then the 'ret' variable is set to -EFAULT and then immediately overwritten. So the failure injection is non-functional. Fix it by actually leaving the function and returning -EFAULT. The Fixes tag is kinda blury because the initial commit which introduced failure injection was already sloppy, but the below mentioned commit broke it completely. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
