Pull drm fixes from Dave Airlie:
"Bit busier and a bit more scattered than usual. amdgpu is the main
one, with ivpu and msm having a few fixes, then i915, exynos, ast,
lima, radeon with some misc bits, but overall nothing standing out.

several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
