commitbf4067e8a1upstream. The previous cleanup with devres may lead to the incorrect release orders at the probe error handling due to the devres's nature. Until we register the card, snd_card_free() has to be called at first for releasing the stuff properly when the driver tries to manage and release the stuff via card->private_free(). This patch fixes it by calling snd_card_free() manually on the error from the probe callback. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
