commitfec3624f0bupstream. Moving the bcm2835 thermal driver to the broadcom directory prevented it from getting enabled for arm64 builds, since the broadcom directory is only available when 32-bit specific ARCH_BCM is set. Fix this by enabling the Broadcom menu for ARCH_BCM or ARCH_BCM2835. These guides can be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or ``make pdfdocs``. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory, several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation. See Documentation/00-INDEX for a list of what is contained in each file.
