Since the BMCIO_OSC_EN bit is enabled automatically when the interrupt
occur whether the power is off or on, replace to TCPC_FILTER reg that
amended by software in husb311_init.

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
