[ Upstream commit6f20c8adb1] tfo_active_disable_stamp is read and written locklessly. We need to annotate these accesses appropriately. Then, we need to perform the atomic_inc(tfo_active_disable_times) after the timestamp has been updated, and thus add barriers to make sure tcp_fastopen_active_should_disable() wont read a stale timestamp. ``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:

There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
