[ Upstream commit a38cc5706fb9f7dc4ee3a443f61de13ce1e410ed ] By default, the mq netdev creates a pfifo_fast qdisc. On a system with 16 core, the pfifo_fast with 3 bands consumes 16 * 3 * 8 (size of pointer) * 1024 (default tx queue len) = 393KB. The patch sets the tx qlen to representor default value, 128 (1<<MLX5E_REP_PARAMS_DEF_LOG_SQ_SIZE), which consumes 16 * 3 * 8 * 128 = 49KB, saving 344KB for each representor at ECPF. Linux kernel
============
There are several guides for kernel developers and users. These guides can
be rendered in a number of formats, like HTML and PDF. Please read
Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
