[ Upstream commit4a81598f0f] When the interface goes up, we have already loaded the PNVM during init, so we don't load it anymore. But we still need to set the PNVM values in the context so that the FW can load it again. Call set_pnvm when the PNVM is already loaded and change the trans_pcie implementation to accept a second call to set_pnvm when we have already allocated and, in this case, only set the values without allocating again. Documentation/admin-guide/README.rst first.
In order to build the documentation, use ``make htmldocs`` or
``make pdfdocs``. The formatted documentation can also be read online at:
https://www.kernel.org/doc/html/latest/
There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
