[ Upstream commit17cf8661ee] The endpoint controller loses the Maximum Link Width and Supported Link Speed value from the Link Capabilities Register - initially configured by the Reset Configuration Word (RCW) - during a link-down or hot reset event. Address this issue in the endpoint event handler. There are various text files in the Documentation/ subdirectory,
several of them using the Restructured Text markup notation.
Please read the Documentation/process/changes.rst file, as it contains the
requirements for building and running the kernel, and information about
the problems which may result by upgrading your kernel.
